Q. How much are entrance and standardized tests?

A. SHSAT: Free
SSAT: $45 or $85 depending on when you sign-up
ISEE: $75-100 depending on how you register
SAT: $52.50
SATII: $44 to $88 depending on the exams
ACT: $46 or $62.50 depending on whether or not you add the writing section
AP: $122
If you are eligible, many of the costs of these exams can be waived or reduced. Check with your guidance counselor and online at collegeboard.com

Q. Does it matter where my child goes to high school or college?

A. Absolutely. Getting into strong institutions opens more doors. While you do not necessarily have to go to the top universities and schools, education and pedigree go a long way when it comes to future opportunities within your career and life as a whole. 

Q. How can I get more information about specific schools or academic paths?
